A groundbreaking AI system developed by researchers at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev has demonstrated its ability to identify violations of social norms The system uses GPT-3, zero-shot text classification, and automatic rule discovery to categorise social emotions into ten main types. It accurately evaluates written situations as positive or negative based on these categories.

This year we at Zencity partnered with NLC by contributing sentiment and satisfaction data for their analysis. Not surprisingly, infrastructure ranked as the number 1 priority for mayors nationwide. What is surprising, though, is the low ranking of broadband and public transit within the infrastructure category.
