It begins with “What do we want Metro to be?”

The scenario for this pandemic (excluding the recovery) was fully formulated over the period 2003-2009. Plans were made in the UK in 2006, 2008, 2011 and 2014. The last two of these were either not developed enough or were allowed to lapse. I have taught it every year since then. The plans were not connected to anything.

In 2009, I was appointed to serve on the Community Advisory Committee, representing the Eastern Market Preservation and Development Corporation. I first proposed to the city creating TMDs in 2005/2006. Basically, it's back to the concept of the Eastern Market Preservation and Development Corporation. They still haven't.

Equitable development plan. The student asked me about the equitable development plan , which I wasn't involved in developing It has a bunch of points. First is workforce development. Who wants to hang out by a freeway? A big concern about the park concept is that it will spur displacement and gentrification.
