At the height of the foreclosure crisis post-2008, a group of elected officials, community development practitioners, and lawyers came together to craft a strategy to respond to the hemorrhaging real estate market in Ohio. In 2006, the Ohio General Assembly passed this legislation. Everything seemed to work as planned—until 2008.

Rybak was elected Mayor of Minneapolis in 2001 and was re-elected again in 2005 to serve another term. Louis on April 17, 2001. He was also reelected in 2005 and again in 2009. He was also reelected in 2005 and again in 2009. Michael Patrick McGinn was elected the 52nd mayor of Seattle in November of 2009.

Steve Pinkerton : He has been the city manager of Manteca, California since 2008. Scott Darrington : Although he gave no reason for it, Scott stopped blogging in 2009. Appointed in 2001, he was also the city manager for Rock Hill, South Carolina. You can also get minutes of the council meetings dating back to 2001.
