Before Ohio’s new county land banks were conceived, the main goal from 2004 to 2006 was to respond to local leaders’ demand for speedier tax foreclosure of long tax-delinquent vacant and abandoned lands. Also under discussion in Albany, related to this issue, is removing the cap on floor-area-ratio for residential properties.

But hands down, the easiest bread to bake comes from the recipes by Jim Lahey of the Sullivan Street Bakery in New York City, first popularized by an article in the New York Times in 2006 --although it took me til 2020 to finally start baking it regularly. Inflation along with rising wage rates have also affected restaurants.
