As of Tuesday, January 18, 2022 , building owners with a possessory judgment from prior to September 2, 2021 will be able to file motions with the court requesting a court date to seek a warrant of eviction for tenants whose cases are not stayed. There are three other case types that have proceeded during the moratorium.
