Take my retirement in 2014. Let’s begin with the budget officer. Don’t get too excited by the title. No, I am not advocating for the mass retirement of men. Instead, I am making a case for retirees mentoring replacements before they retire. However, I planned retirement years in advance. How will the PY’s work out?
