Rebuilding Place in Urban Space

The transit network concept I worked out is based on how Arlington County, Virginia, in their 2005 Trasnportation Plan, defined a Primary and a Secondary Transit Network. An intra-neighborhood shuttle, an element of what I call the tertiary transit (sub)network, would address the problem. Some examples exist, especially in Tempe, Arizona.

This would be, in essence, an unwinding of the ERCF and a return to approximately the CCF that was officially in place from 2017 to 2019 for setting the average G-fee. 5] This was the policy of the FHFA when it was under the control of Acting Director Edward Demarco (2009 to very early 2014). 6] It was officially adopted in 2017. [7]
