Like Tower Hamlets' IdeaStores (" Neighborhood libraries as nodes in a neighborhood and city-wide network of cultural assets ," 2019), it should have been placed in the commercial district. Get the parks working together and coordinated. It's pretty, but as the Sex Pistols said, "vacant" from the standpoint of connectedness.

I stepped down when we moved to Salt Lake in late 2019, although I thought at the time somehow I'd be maintaining residences in both places. I participated in a workshop on the plaza led by Project for Public Spaces and Scenic America in 2004 ( write up ). Master Plan contract, 2019. I mentioned it over time.
