1) An earlier version of Open Access Government reported that in 2020, the Basic Law was amended for the first time in 25 years and changed its name to the Science, Technology, and Innovation Basic Law. In the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) 2022 Digital Competitiveness Index, Japan ranked 29th out of 63 countries, down one place from last year’s ranking. As of October 2022, Amazon has already helped over 13 million people gain cloud skills.
