In 2022, we invested ¥348 billion in capital and operational investments in our data centers in Japan. During 2011-2022, the investment in our AWS Regions in Japan resulted in ¥1.31 In 2022, our infrastructure also supported over 20,300 full-time jobs at third-party vendors in skilled professions.

1) An earlier version of Open Access Government reported that in 2020, the Basic Law was amended for the first time in 25 years and changed its name to the Science, Technology, and Innovation Basic Law.
