They started planning in 2012, construction in 2014, and opened the first stations in South Florida in 2018. A way to do this would be to organize transport associations in South Florida, Orlando, and Tampa, to coordinate transit services. Lots of deaths. But it's quite impressive in two ways. It's being built relatively quickly.
