The Coalition on Human Needs chose 185 such programs and tracked their funding from 2010, the year before Congress passed the Budget Control Act, through the budget the federal government’s operating under now. The Trump budget would cut WIOA funding by 43%, as compared to 2015 funding, the Center for American Progress reports.
