In 2009, I was able to spend half a day at Stoneleigh Elementary School in Baltimore County Maryland on International Walk to School Day. They had a very sophisticated approach. I've heard a school in Oxnard, California does something similar.

Through 2013, the fee moved up strongly as part of the FHFA’s push to raise the cost of GSE mortgages in an attempt to “crowd in” more private market capital into mortgage lending. The FHFA then indicated that it ended this delay and began to employ the newer, higher capital requirement approach beginning in 2022.

In 2009 and a couple times afterwards, I said it was necessary for WMATA to rebuild the regional/metropolitan consensus about support for transit. And later about various funding mechanisms. -- St. The best time would have been in the 1980s, when the system ran well and was still expanding. Maybe this is no longer necessary. Funding options.
