Often places have "lots of" parking, but it's spread out across multiple properties, and they don't coordinate.

From LAX to ONT: The Transfer of Ontario International Airport and its Economic Implications

In November 2016, ownership of ONT was returned to the Inland Empire from LA County. After a period of power struggle back and forth, it was decided that ownership of ONT would be returned to the Inland Empire, with the official transfer taking place in November 2016. The rankings have not changed since the acquisition.

They started planning in 2012, construction in 2014, and opened the first stations in South Florida in 2018. To ride is expensive compared to the regional commuter rail in South Florida and Brightline has had serious problems with crashes with vehicles and pedestrians. Lots of deaths. But it's quite impressive in two ways.
