I stepped down when we moved to Salt Lake in late 2019, although I thought at the time somehow I'd be maintaining residences in both places. Master Plan contract, 2019. We did this in 2008 or 2009. Maybe the food programs of the DC Office of Health could have its food programs housed there like WIC and SNAP.
