I stepped down when we moved to Salt Lake in late 2019, although I thought at the time somehow I'd be maintaining residences in both places. Master Plan contract, 2019. We did this in 2008 or 2009. I was involved in helping "to save" that area c. Maybe bike valet services? And to get paid and have a job as an old guy.
