Coordinating Parking/Developing a shared parking scenario One of the big problems with capitalism is every property does its own thing. Promoting biking, walking, and other sustainable modes is another element of TDM.

In 2009, I was appointed to serve on the Community Advisory Committee, representing the Eastern Market Preservation and Development Corporation. Later, as part of BicycleSpace, a bicycle facilities system integration firm, I put together a proposal for activation including a water sculpture and multiple forms of secure, special bike parking.
