I do think that they should study carefully the St. Anthony Focal Point Community Campus initiative. And there are other examples listed below. Latino Health Access , Orange County, California.

I stepped down when we moved to Salt Lake in late 2019, although I thought at the time somehow I'd be maintaining residences in both places. I first proposed to the city creating TMDs in 2005/2006. Master Plan contract, 2019. They still haven't. I mentioned it over time. We did this in 2008 or 2009. Maybe bike valet services?
