In 2009, I was appointed to serve on the Community Advisory Committee, representing the Eastern Market Preservation and Development Corporation. I first proposed to the city creating TMDs in 2005/2006. We did this in 2008 or 2009. They still haven't. I mentioned it over time. I imagine it was mostly wasted. Anselm's is today.
