Disaster Planning and Emergency Management

The scenario for this pandemic (excluding the recovery) was fully formulated over the period 2003-2009. There were major exercises on pandemics in 2005, 2007 and 2016. Plans were made in the UK in 2006, 2008, 2011 and 2014. I have taught it every year since then. The plans were not connected to anything. Murphy, S., Murray 2020.

This would be, in essence, an unwinding of the ERCF and a return to approximately the CCF that was officially in place from 2017 to 2019 for setting the average G-fee. 5] This was the policy of the FHFA when it was under the control of Acting Director Edward Demarco (2009 to very early 2014). 6] It was officially adopted in 2017.
