Founded in 2012, National Voter Registration Day is an annual civic holiday on which the nation focuses on registering Americans to exercise their most basic right – the right to vote. Educating and inspiring voters to get ready for the midterm elections. Since 2004 HeadCount has supported the registration of over one million voters.

Like Tower Hamlets' IdeaStores (" Neighborhood libraries as nodes in a neighborhood and city-wide network of cultural assets ," 2019), it should have been placed in the commercial district. What if the park sponsored daily educational enrichment activities for the young people in nearby neighborhoods?

I stepped down when we moved to Salt Lake in late 2019, although I thought at the time somehow I'd be maintaining residences in both places. I participated in a workshop on the plaza led by Project for Public Spaces and Scenic America in 2004 ( write up ). Master Plan contract, 2019. Maybe bike valet services?
