After all, I’ve co-authored books about the strategic uses of causal mapping with titles like Visual Strategy (Wiley, 2014) and Visible Thinking (Wiley, 2004). What might compass over map mean?

7] Because Congress had set up the GSEs through legislation, the Obama administration believed it was up to Congress to develop revisions to that legislation to eliminate these defects. However, it never made it past Senate Banking Committee approval in 2014. This was publicly disclosed by Treasury Secretary Mnuchin in 2019.
