We spent 60+ years building a system of automobility. We need to build a similar system for biking. But it does need to be purposive.

WTOP reports that DC and MoCo are working to create a business improvement district to help improve the area (" Friendship Heights BID? DC and Montgomery Co. are working on it "). So I was missing the point.
