To ride is expensive compared to the regional commuter rail in South Florida and Brightline has had serious problems with crashes with vehicles and pedestrians. Lots of deaths. I think there are two different approaches that could break the logjam, one would be the designation of this area as a National Heritage Area , where NPS helps to coordinate a variety of federal, state, local and private assets in an integrated fashion.
