After a period of power struggle back and forth, it was decided that ownership of ONT would be returned to the Inland Empire, with the official transfer taking place in November 2016. The rankings have not changed since the acquisition.

I hadn't thought about it, but maybe SLC is ripe for the double deck bus approach (" Making bus service sexy and more equitable ," 2012) for rebranding and repositioning of bus service as sexy, even though the ridership numbers wouldn't justify it otherwise. Besides the general TDM approach, utilize other methods to promote transit.

They started planning in 2012, construction in 2014, and opened the first stations in South Florida in 2018. To ride is expensive compared to the regional commuter rail in South Florida and Brightline has had serious problems with crashes with vehicles and pedestrians. Lots of deaths. But it's quite impressive in two ways.

Since 2012, a majority of California citizens have voted by mail in US presidential elections, and most California counties offer a mix of in-person and mail-in voting options to cast one’s ballot. As of 2022, 27 of California’s 58 counties have adopted the VCA election model.
