a Bike Expo in association with the 5 Boro Ride, which had more than 100 exhibitors and 50,000 attendees in 2014. And they had "parking innovation districts" for awhile, but they were idiosyncratic, not systematic, and had many restrictions. NYC sponsors(ed?) Richmond hosted a Bike Expo in association with the UCI Race. Car sharing.
