As we begin 2023, the Amazon Web Services (AWS) worldwide public sector (WWPS) team wanted to share a few of our predictions for public sector technology this year. At the heart of the program is an AI-based three dimensional (3D) food scanner, which analyzes food consumption and provides insights to both cafeteria managers and diners.
