Houston has the highest rate of uninsured residents in the nation, according to a press release from UH. This clinic is offering low cost basic health care access to people who couldn't otherwise afford it, for $60 per month. Startup costs for the pilot clinic were funded by a $1 million gift from The Cullen Trust for Health Care.
