In August [2022], the hospital system opened its affordable housing project Vía Sana in Cleveland’s Clark-Fulton neighborhood. The $430 million Focal Point [Community Campus] development is slated to be built on 11 acres acquired from the city for $1 by a nonprofit affiliated with St. Market on the Green" nonprofit supermarket.
