Like Tower Hamlets' IdeaStores (" Neighborhood libraries as nodes in a neighborhood and city-wide network of cultural assets ," 2019), it should have been placed in the commercial district. A big concern about the park concept is that it will spur displacement and gentrification. DC invests, half heartedly in people, not in place.
