Partnerships target university and community outcomes , all feeding into the long-term goal of decreasing barriers to higher education, but also focused on place-based community improvements. This has been the case partly because many universities, like Yale in New Haven, Penn in Philadelphia, University of Chicago on the South Side, etc.
