Like Tower Hamlets' IdeaStores (" Neighborhood libraries as nodes in a neighborhood and city-wide network of cultural assets ," 2019), it should have been placed in the commercial district. But even before that I went back and forth on it. It's pretty, but as the Sex Pistols said, "vacant" from the standpoint of connectedness.
