The Vendor Resources webpage guides you to be certified to contract with the state, including as a small business (SB) or disabled veteran business enterprise (DVBE), via a link to the Department of General Services (DGS). You can also register your business to receive statewide bid notifications through DGS Cal eProcure and sign up for CDT Vendor Forums and Tech Talks.
