Thanks for sharing your survey results. It’s always good to see what others are doing and how we compare. Love the idea of asking our patrons what info they want to see on our social media. I’m definitely going to do that. You also asked if we do surveys. Yes. We participate in the Net Promoter Score surveys that are sent every week to a random sample of patrons who have used the library. IN addition to the NPS questions we also ask, how often do you visit the library, how did you hear about the library service you used, how would you rate your experience etc.
