Yard signs definitely need to be added to the mix. Lately I've been thinking about more formal community information kiosks in public buildings, definitely libraries and city hall, and wrt schools, in the foyers of schools, or outside.

I'd say definitely not, the ridership is abysmal. I would think that such a program should be encouraged for workers, and it should be offered promotionally for the residents of multiunit buildings, especially along the streetcar route, to get them to experiment with transit.
