And when thinking about writing about it, I remembered a bus initiative back in 2006 too. When I first saw coverage I thought, "what about the 2017" initiative, although granted it was before covid. But of course, conditions have changed greatly since then.

We used it to map the location, materials, type and, where possible, brands of 43,187 items of litter collected across the UK in 2020. One of my earliest blog entries was on litter, as a result of those efforts.
